RENTAL RATES FOR MYAKKA RIVER MOTORCOACH RESORT
Rates effective as of 11/2/2023. All Reservations will have 12% tax added to the below rates. Some lots may have higher rates due to additional amenities. Quotes for lot rentals are supplied online during the rental process.
GENERAL INFO: - Water, sewer, electric included in the daily and weekly rates - Metered electricity is additional for monthly rentals - Free WiFi - Site type is guaranteed - Site unit number is subject to change - Enclosed Trailer Storage additional $30/week or $100/month - All reservations require a deposit - Rates subject to change without notice
DAILY AND WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: Daily reservations require a 2 day minimum. Deposit: Full payment required with reservation. Cancellation: No refund for cancellation less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. For a cancellation more than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, guest is eligible for a refund of your deposit less 10% cancellation processing fee.
No refunds for early departure.
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: Deposit: 50% of the monthly rental rate. Balance payable upon check-in. Cancellation: Non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.
For cancellations of peak season reservations (Jan, Feb or Mar) prior to 60 days of scheduled arrival, guest is entitled to a refund less a 10% cancellation processing fee, from 30 – 59 days of scheduled arrival, guest is entitled to a 50% refund.
For cancellations during non-peak season (May - Nov) and Shoulder Season (Apr & Dec), guest is entitled to a full refund less a 10% cancellation fee if requested prior to 30 days of scheduled arrival.
No refunds for early departure.
MULTI-MONTH RESERVATIONS (2-3 MONTHS): Deposit: 1st month site rental fee as deposit. Balance payable upon check-in. Cancellation: Non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.

HOLIDAYS: 3-day minimum reservations are required for New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We do not accept check-ins on the day of the following holidays: Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable.

"We stayed here for 2 weeks and made a 3 week reservation for next year. This is a small resort but sites are very spacious and private with lots of green space. All sites are paved. Two large dog parks kept our dogs very happy. The people were so friendly, and there are plenty of activities. We liked the close proximity to bike trails and fishing."

Large park on the Myakka River like a nature preserve, 100 large lots, all paved, 3 lakes with load of inhabitants...This place has it all and an energy that seems to hold everyone who comes to stay.

It’s different than a lot of parks. We’ve met so many great people. We feel like we’re home. We originally only stopped here because we found the resort in a magazine and we planned to stay a week and ended up staying for months.
