Meet & Greet is our version of happy hour. This relaxed gathering offers the perfect opportunity to mingle with neighbors, catch up with friends, and warmly welcome new visitors to our little piece of paradise.
Enjoy great conversation, beautiful sunset views, and two complimentary beverages per person as you make new connections and feel right at home.
3 pm Cart Decorating. Meet us behind the clubhouse with your carts, decorations and supplies. We will help each other decorate to impress our spectators! Bring beverages of your choice. Then, home to dress in your Mardi Gras best !
4:30 pm Mardi Gras Parade organizes. Return to the front of the clubhouse for a parade line-up. Some beads to throw will be provided.
4:45 pm Parade Commences. We will parade around our neighborhood to show our beautiful decorations and toss beads to those who earn them (ha-ha).
5:15 pm Mardi Gras Meet & Greet Party. Gather on the Sunset Deck for fun with your friends and Myakka Family for appetizers, beverages and Mardi Gras fun! Bring your smiles, an appetizer to share (if you wish) and be ready to laugh your troubles away!
