Pickleball

Remember that pickleball is played every day at the resort.  Weather permitting.

Come on out and join our owners and guests for pickleball.  Each morning starting at about 8am.  Paddles to borrow in the fitness center.

This is one of the fastest growing sports in the world! It is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong.  The game is easy to learn and appropriate for all ages and skill levels.  It allows players to work on their balance, agility, reflexes, and hand-eye coordination without putting excessive strains on your body.

Myakka River Motorcoach resort has an active pickleball community!  During the season, we generally have open play every morning from 8am to 10am.  If you already know how to play pickleball, then just show up and we’ll be sure to get you playing.  If you are new to the sport, our players are happy to teach you.
